| Details | Date | | I would just like to say a huge thank you for the excellent service. I ordered a Hayden Mofo amp from Soundslive the price was excellent and delivery very quick. Unfortunately there was a fault with the amp, I contacted Soundslive and spoke to Mark Burns who directed me how to arrange return of the faulty item via the link on the website. I was then contacted by the soundslive returns team within minutes of sending me return request e-mail. The Mofo is a handbuilt item and as such can be hard to get hold of quickly and we had taken the last of the Soundslive stock, the returns team told me that they would contact the manufacturers in order to see if a replacement could be delivered as quickly as possible. The team called me again at home and told me that a replacement would be delivered to me in two days. They arranged collection of the faulty item for the next day and the new amp was due to be delivered the following day. However, the faulty amp was collected , next day as promised , and the new amp dropped off within an hour of collection of the faulty one. I cannot recommend soundslive highly enough, it is always a concern when buying from the Internet as you are never sure on the quality of service. Soundslive service has been second to none. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Again many many thanks.
