I have written my praises twice now to your customer feedback link, but it has 'blown up' both times with 'page cannot be displayed'.
So I thought I would try to get a message to you and Tom (your Director)this way.
I live in South Benfleet, Essex and write/produce Funky Disco Vocal House tracks (in the hope of a signing of some kind one of these days).
My local hi tech music shops are really terrible (in all aspects). So I searched the 'Net and found you had good pricing and a good/easy to
use web site. What I appreciate the most is you guys (the staff there). Very helpful, good knowledge, polite and have (so far) delivered exactly when/what you promised.
So far I have bought a Roland 2480 and a pair of Alesis monitor one mark two's. Early days but I am extremely pleased with both. I do hope the big boss 'Tom' gets to see this (please forward to him for me)as I believe you all deserve a 'pat on the back'. You really put the local shops to shame.
