The Viking Bass incorporates the 6-way “Time Traveler” pickup rotary switch, providing bass players with both “Vintage Tones” from yester-year and “Modern Tones” for complete versatility. The Hagstrom Viking Bass has a maple body with set-in maple neck and "Resinator" fingerboard with block pearl inlays, the electronics are 2 x Hagstrom bass humbuckers, the above mentioned 6-way “Time Traveler” pickup rotary switch plus 2 x volume and 2 x tone controls, the hardware is a Tune-o-matic Bridge, Viking Trapeze Tail-piece, Hagstrom tuners, this is a short scale bass with length of 30,75" and is beautifully finished in a deep black gloss
