The Michael Kelly Firefly 4, Acoustic Bass. While other makers produce over-sized guitars with 4 strings and call them acoustic basses, Michael Kelly builds great acoustic basses designed from scratch for bass players. The Firefly 4  is an affordable bass that provides great acoustic bass performance. You get a spruce maple top, triple ply bound deep body for great tone. The Firefly is a "looker" to, with real flame maple on the back and sides for that exotic wood look and the brighter tone of maple. Available in 4 and 5 strings this is a great bass choice. The Firefly is available in Gloss Natural, Sunburst and Transparent Black as a 4 string and in gloss natural only for the 5 string.
