3200watt, 18'' Folded Horn Subwoofer - Single

The Wharfedale MX-F18B is a passive, single 18" folded horn subwoofer in a surprisingly portable and easily moveable enclosure. Where significant extension of low frequency output of a sound system is required, the addition of one or more MX-F18B subwoofers will provide high output low frequency enhancement to the overall sound system.

The MX-F18B is designed to work with an external, active crossover unit. For demanding, high output applications; it is recommended that each MX-F18B be powered with a dedicated, high powered amplifier channel. If a variable low pass is available on the active crossover unit being used, it may take some experimentation with different settings of this control to find the best sounding setting for the particular performance environment.
