The Yamaha BB424X, with black pickguard is the new entry level BB bass for 2010, inheriting the sound and design of the BB2000 series basses it makes for an excellent first bass instrument for up and coming Rock bassists. The BB424X features and Alder body and a new 5-ply maple/nato laminated neck. Although aimed at the lower end of the bass market the BB424X looks, sounds and functions like a lot of higher end basses and wont disappoint.
