The LLX6A has a traditional dreadnought style body made from a premium Solid Engelmann Spruce top and rosewood back and sides for a classic well rounded tone fit for many styles of playing. The 3-ply neck (Mahogany/Rosewood/Mahogany) provides the guitar with a well balanced tone and lends extra strength to the neck. The LLX6A features the System 57 3-way ART preamp from the best-selling APX/CPX900 series and includes 3-band EQ, independent volume controls for the 3 ART pickups and an on-board chromatic tuner.

The LLX6A 3-way configuration consists of the main pickups being controlled via the master volume, while the bass and treble pickups are controlled independently. The system is also equipped with a 3-band equalizer for versatile sound production that fully satisfies the musician's creative demands. The on-board tuner is easy to view on stage, even under low light conditions.
